My new found brother in arms, BRICKELL BRUCE!!! He really stepped to bat for our commercial acquisition. A finance broker is defined by their creativity and understanding of opportunity. They're the one selling the deal. We know he also has the ability to provide creative business financing for our commercial tenants as well. The man does it ALL and we're looking forward to working together again soon.Lending Bankers as a company seems to gel very well; I had the pleasure of speaking with CEO Mr. David Otero. Great guy and unbelievably knowledgeable with real estate finance. They offer residential mortgages as well. But personally, as someone who is constantly using private funding, I'm truly impressed by their knowledge of Fix & Flip and Bridge Loans.
